The Varsity Commons web site is fun, it’s hip and it’s what students expect in a web presence.  It offers the ability to get information and act on it at the same time.  Adapting the traditional functions of a web presence and incorporating the rental office practices into its function, the Varsity Commons web site modernized the rental application process as well as the roommate placement practices. 

The function of the web site was extended to include not only the ability to view the properties online but as well to apply online, chat with future and present residents in the community, search for potential roommates by way of posted profiles provided by current students and provide the ability to submit any repair requests online.
